Terms and conditions

 
These terms and conditions constitute a contract between the User (as defined below) and  UPLINE SA - SLOTS MACHINES SA , a Temporary Union registered under the laws of the Argentine Republic, with address at Av. Carrasco 845, Floor 6, Dept. E, of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
 
The Buenos Aires City Lottery, State-owned Company, has granted Caba.jugadon.bet.ar (as defined below) permission to market and/or distribute and/or sell the online games identified in Board Resolution No. 321-LOTBA/2019 (amended by Board Resolution No. 49-LOTBA/20) through Provision DI-2021-468-GCABA-LOTBA. Caba.jugadon.bet.ar will adjust its operations to the provisions of the Constitution of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Laws No. 538 (consolidated text by Law No. 6,347 and amended by Law No. 6,331), 5,785 (consolidated text by Law No. 6,347 and its complementary regulations) and 6,330, Board Resolutions No. 321-LOTBA/18 (amended by Board Resolution No. 49-LOTBA/20), 80-LOTBA/19 (amended by Board Resolution No. 49-LOTBA/20), 9-LOTBA/20, 10-LOTBA/20, 109-LOTBA/18 (amended by Board Resolutions No. 11-LOTBA/20 and 2-LOTBA/21), 12-LOTBA/20, 13-LOTBA/20, 14-LOTBA/20 and 15-LOTBA/20 (modified by Board Resolution No. 71-LOTBA/20) and any other modifying or complementary regulations that may be issued in the future in relation to the marketing and/or distribution and/or sale of online games.
 
I. Binding Agreement
 
A)   Range.
These Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, the General Gaming and Betting Rules, the Specific Rules of each Game, and the Terms and Conditions of Promotions (all as defined below) shall govern all relationships and legal situations directly or indirectly linked to the Website (as defined below) between Caba.jugadon.bet.ar and the User(s) and any person who voluntarily, involuntarily, or accidentally becomes linked to the Website. The Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, the General Gaming and Betting Rules (all of them, the "General Provisions"), and the Specific Gaming and Betting Rules constitute the entire agreement between Caba.jugadon.bet.ar and the Users, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communication, offer, invitation to offer, agreement, or proposal, whether oral or written.
 
B) Acceptance.
 1) Beginning the User registration process in accordance with the procedure established in Article III of these Terms and Conditions implies the User's acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and other General Provisions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, placing Bets, loading credit into the Gaming Account, and using the Website will also imply acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and other General Provisions by the User, without distinction.
2) Before registering as a User under the terms established in Article 2 of these Terms and Conditions and before placing any Bet (as defined below) and/or loading credit into the User Account (as defined below), the User must read and understand these Terms and Conditions, the other General Provisions, and the Specific Rules of Play and Betting. These Terms and Conditions, the other General Provisions, and all of the Specific Rules of Play and Betting are written in a simple and easily understandable manner, so it will be the User's responsibility to make known any lack of understanding thereof. In the event that the User does not understand all or part of these Terms and Conditions, the other General Provisions, and/or all of the Specific Rules of Play and Betting, the User will be responsible for providing the necessary assistance to ensure their understanding.
3) By registering at Caba.jugadon.bet.ar, the User will also be registering in the Single Register of Bettors for LOTBA SE online games. C) Modification.
 
 
Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may revise the Terms and Conditions, the remaining General Provisions, and all of the Specific Rules for Gaming and Betting, and modify any of them at any time, by notifying the User by any means (whether by email, through a notification on the Website and/or in the Mobile Application) with reasonable advance notice. Upon their entry into force, the User will be obliged to comply with said updated Terms and Conditions, the remaining General Provisions, and all of the updated Specific Rules for Gaming and Betting. If the User does not agree with one or more of said updated documents, they must immediately stop using the Website.
 
II. Definitions
 
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions and other General Provisions, as well as for the Specific Gaming and Betting Rules, the terms defined below shall have the following meanings.
 
1.        Mobile Application: means the version of the Website designed for Mobile Devices.
2.       Bet: an act involving a component of randomness, chance, and/or skill, in which sums of money or objects susceptible to monetary assessment are at risk.
3.       User Account: means the account that the User will obtain after completing their registration, in accordance with the provisions of Article III.I and IV of these Terms and Conditions.
4.       Gaming Account: means the account that the User will obtain after completing their registration, in accordance with the provisions of Article III.I and IV of these Terms and Conditions, which will be used to participate in Games and place Bets.
5.       General Provisions: These mean, collectively, the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and the General Gaming and Betting Rules.
6.      Games: These are the games of chance, skill, and betting available on the Website.
7.       Caba.jugadon.bet.ar: Online Gaming Platform authorized by LOTBA SE through Provision DI-2021-468-GCABA-LOTBA.
8.      LOTBA SE: Means Lotería de Buenos Aires Sociedad del Estado.
9.      Applicable Regulations: Means all the regulations applicable to online games in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and, in general, any regulations issued by any competent authority that may be applicable to Caba.jugadon.bet.ar, the User, the relationship between them, and online gaming.
10.     Games: Means the period elapsed between the bet, its acceptance, and the result awarded.
11.      Gaming Platforms: Means the gaming platforms provided by third parties that are available and integrated into the Website.
12.     Cookie Policy: Means the Website's cookie policies, which can be accessed by clicking here.
13.     Privacy Policy: Means the Website's privacy policies, which can be accessed by clicking here.
14.     Responsible Gaming Policy: Means the Website's responsible gaming policies, which can be accessed by clicking here.
15.     Prizes: Means the winnings obtained from a successful bet.
16.    General Game and Betting Rules: Means the general game and betting rules applicable to all games and bets, which can be found at the bottom of this page.
17.     Specific Game and Betting Rules: Means the specific rules for each game and/or bet, which are available to the User in the corresponding section of the Website for that Game and/or bet.
18.     Balance: Means the amount of credits in the User's Gaming Account at any given time.
19.     Website: Means the Online Gaming Platform www.caba.jugadon.bet.ar
. 20.   Terms and Conditions: Means these terms and conditions.
21.     FIU: Means the Financial Information Unit.
22.    User: Means any person who accesses the Website, even occasionally, as well as any person who has completed a registration request on the Website, even if it has been rejected, and/or any person who holds a Gaming Account and/or a User Account.
23.    The terms defined here may be used in plural or singular, feminine, masculine or neuter, with the same or different verbal tense, maintaining their meaning.
 
 
III. Registration
 
A) Form. Documents. Biometric Data. 1) Any natural person intending to use the Website and/or the Gaming Platforms offered by the Website must comply with the registration procedure on the Website. To do so, they must complete the corresponding registration form on the Website. Said form must be completed by the User in an absolutely trustworthy manner, with true and accurate data, and will be considered a sworn statement. Any inaccuracy, error, or falsehood in the data entered in the form by the User will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User.
 
2) Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may modify the data required in the registration form from time to time and also require the presentation of any documentation it deems necessary to validate the identity and/or data of the User, such as, but not limited to, the National Identity Document, passport, driver's license, utility bills showing the User's address, etc.
 
3) Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may also require identity validation through biometric data when required by Applicable Regulations.
 
B) Abstention. Persons who are subject to a ban (permanent or temporary) from using the Website, participating in the Games and/or placing Bets as established in article IV.B. of these Terms and Conditions must refrain from requesting registration on the Website. Submission of the form by any User shall constitute a sworn declaration by said User that they are not subject to any of the prohibitions referred to in these Terms and Conditions or in any of the General Provisions. Caba.jugadon.bet.ar will reject registration requests submitted by Users subject to said prohibitions.
 
C) Identity verification. Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may verify the data (including, where applicable, biometric data) and/or documents submitted using the services of third parties. These third parties may be public entities (such as, for example, RENAPER) or, at Caba.jugadon.bet.ar's sole discretion, private entities. These entities may evaluate, among other functions, the compatibility of the data and/or documents provided by the User with those available in their databases. Under no circumstances will Caba.jugadon.bet.ar be responsible for or have any liability related to the databases used by said third parties to verify the data and/or documents of Users.
 
D) Exclusion list. Caba.jugadon.bet.ar will verify, at the time of registration, that the User is not included in the self-exclusion list or the terrorist list made available on the official website of the Financial Information Unit and/or any other website that replaces it in the future. This check may be carried out by Caba.jugadon.bet.ar periodically. If Caba.jugadon.bet.ar verifies that a User is included in the self-exclusion list and/or the aforementioned terrorist list, the User's User Account and Gaming Account will be automatically suspended.
 
E) Right to request further information. Without prejudice to the information and/or documentation indicated above, Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may, at its sole discretion, require Users to provide additional documents and/or data in order to validate their identity.
 
F) Update. Once registered, the User is required to keep their personal data up to date. Any consequences arising from failure to update the User's personal data will be the sole responsibility of the User. Notwithstanding the foregoing, at any time and to the extent reasonable, Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may require the User to verify the data, documents, and/or information provided in a timely manner, as well as any additional data and/or documents it deems relevant.
 
G) Passwords. Double validation. For registration purposes, the User must choose a password that meets the minimum security requirements established by Caba.jugadon.bet.ar, which will be communicated to the User at the time of choosing the password. Without prejudice to the minimum security requirements established by Caba.jugadon.bet.ar, the User must ensure that they choose a secure password that is not known to any person and cannot be known by any third party. The User will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password, and for this purpose they may, among other measures they deem appropriate, change it periodically. The User must choose a password that is different from other passwords used for matters unrelated to Caba.jugadon.bet.ar in order to prevent any data leak related to persons not affiliated with Caba.jugadon.bet.ar from jeopardizing the confidentiality of the password chosen for Caba.jugadon.bet.ar. If the User forgets their password, they must follow the password recovery procedures established by Caba.jugadon.bet.ar to recover it and/or generate a new one. Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may establish double identity validation mechanisms and/or password recovery procedures that require Caba.jugadon.bet.ar to provide and/or link the User Account to a mobile phone number, an email address, a token, and, in general, any other device and/or mechanism intended to provide greater security to the User Account.
 
H) Right of admission. Caba.jugadon.bet.ar reserves the right to admit Users and may, at its sole discretion and without providing any justification, deny registration to a User, provided that such denial does not constitute reprehensible discrimination or an abusive exercise of rights.
 
I) Acceptance of registration. Once the registration process is complete, the User will obtain a User Account, which will be linked to a single Game Account.
 
 
IV. User account and game account
 
A) Personal Accounts.
The User Account and the Game Account will be the personal accounts of each User and may not be transferred, free of charge or in exchange for money, in whole or in part, to any person. Nor may the User grant, temporarily or permanently, the use or enjoyment of the User Account or the Game Account to any other person. Violation of this provision will be considered a serious breach by the User of these Terms and Conditions. No person may use the identity of another person to obtain a User Account and/or a Game Account, whether or not that person has a User Account and/or a Game Account. Without prejudice to the foregoing, any act, fact, bet, credit crediting, withdrawal of money and/or, in general, any use and/or any activity of the User Account and/or the Gaming Account will be attributed to the User who is the owner of the User Account and/or the Gaming Account, without said User being able to ignore the activity of the User Account or the Gaming Account, even in the event that a third party has made use of the User Account and/or the Gaming Account - with or without the consent or authorization of the User.
 
B) Prohibition.
The persons detailed in the following paragraphs will be prohibited from being the holders of a User Account, operating any User Account, being the holders of a Gaming Account, operating any Gaming account and in any way participating in the Games, placing Bets, loading credits and/or withdrawing balances from Gaming Accounts and in any way participating in the activities and/or services provided on the Website. The prohibition extends to the following persons:
1)     Non-human persons.
2)    Those under 18 years of age.
3)    Those legally incapacitated to enter into contracts and/or those disqualified from placing bets.
4)    Those registered in the Self-Exclusion Registry created by LOTBA SE. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if said registered in the Self-Exclusion Registry have a User Account with a positive balance, they may - even while their self-exclusion lasts - make withdrawals from their balances.
5)    Individuals included in the Prohibited Persons Registry provided by LOTBA SE in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of Annex III of LOTBA SE Board Resolution RESDI-2019-80-GCABA-LOTBA or any resolution that replaces it in the future.
6)    Personnel linked to Caba.jugadon.bet.ar, understood to be those workers who intervene or may influence the development of the activity.
7)   The shareholders of Caba.jugadon.bet.ar and/or the shareholders of the companies comprising the temporary union Caba.jugadon.bet.ar, the owners, their management staff, as well as their spouses or partners, ascendants and descendants in the first degree, regardless of whether the participation in the Games, by any of the above, occurs directly or indirectly, through third parties, natural or legal persons.
8)    The athletes, coaches, referees or other direct participants in the event or activity on which the Bet is placed, as well as their spouses or partners, ascendants and descendants in the first degree, regardless of whether the participation in the Games, by any of the above, occurs directly or indirectly, through third parties, natural or legal persons.
9)    The directors of the participating or organizing entities regarding the sporting event or activity on which the Bet is placed, as well as their spouses or cohabitants, first-degree ascendants and descendants, regardless of whether participation in the Games by any of the foregoing occurs directly or indirectly, through third parties, natural or legal persons.
10) LOTBA SE personnel in accordance with Board Resolution No. 113-LOTBA/17 and/or any future amendments and/or replacements.
11)   Individuals included on the list of terrorists made available on the official UIF website and/or any future replacements.
If, due to error, omission, and/or deception on the part of the User, Bets are accepted and result in winnings, they will be considered void. Under no circumstances will a Prize from a voided bet be paid.
 
 
C) Association of the User Account with the Game Account.
By virtue of the association between the User Account and the Game Account of each User, the Game Account will always have the same fate as the User Account. By way of example, but not limited to, the suspension of the User Account will automatically result in the suspension of the Game Account, and the reactivation of the User Account will reactivate the Game Account.
 
D) Voluntary Suspension. The User may suspend their User Account in accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy, which is available on the Website.
 
E) Suspension and closure due to inactivity. When the User Account remains inactive for a period longer than 12 (twelve) months, Caba.jugadon.bet.ar will suspend said User Account. Inactivity periods will be considered as long as the bettor does not log in to his User Account. The User who owns the suspended User Account may request Caba.jugadon.bet.ar to reactivate his account within 12 (twelve) months following the suspension of said User Account. In the event that the User does not reactivate his User Account within said 12 (twelve) month period, said User Account will be permanently closed. In the event that the Applicable Regulations modify this provision, the suspension and/or closure of the User Account for this reason will observe the modifications of the applicable Regulations.
 
F) Suspension due to early exit. In the event that the User uses the "Quick Exit" button available on the Website, the User will automatically exit their active session and their access will be blocked for twelve (12) hours from the moment of activation.
 
G) Suspension and closure by order of LOTBA SE
Caba.jugadon.bet.ar will suspend, block or permanently close a User Account if LOTBA SE so decides. In this case, Caba.jugadon.bet.ar will adhere to the specific terms established by LOTBA SE for the suspension, blocking and/or closure of said User Account. In the event that the User is dissatisfied with the suspension, blocking and/or closure ordered by LOTBA SE, they must process any claim before LOTBA SE, releasing Caba.jugadon.bet.ar from any liability.
 
H) Suspension and closure for violation of the Terms and Conditions, other General Provisions and/or Applicable Regulations.
In any case, in which a User violates these Terms and Conditions, the other General Provisions and/or the Applicable Regulations, and/or when there is suspicion of violation or fraud with said regulations and/or has allowed the use of his/her Gaming Account by a third party, Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may suspend and/or permanently close the User Account of said User.
 
I) Suspension and closure by order of Caba.jugadon.bet.ar.
Without prejudice to the right of admission that Caba.jugadon.bet.ar has to deny the registration of a User, Caba.jugadon.bet.ar shall have the right to exclude, suspend or prevent access to the Website to a User and/or to suspend and/or permanently close any User Account. This right may be exercised by Caba.jugadon.bet.ar at its sole discretion and without the need to provide any type of justification, to the extent that said denial does not constitute reprehensible discrimination or an abusive exercise of the right.
 
J) Gaming Account balances.
The suspension of the User Account will not change the balance available in the associated Game Account. Consequently, unless the suspension of said User Account was due to a violation by the User of the Terms and Conditions and/or other General Provisions and/or in the event of a suspected violation of said rules, in the event of the permanent closure of a User Account, the User holding said User Account will be entitled to a refund of the balance available at the time of closure, from which will be deducted the amounts necessary to cover operating expenses and/or any other costs arising from the closure of the User Account and/or the Game Account and its maintenance following the closure of the User Account. The User must expressly request and initiate the refund of the balance available in the Game Account through the authorized mechanisms and means for its refund permitted on the Website. In no case will compensatory, late payment, punitive or any other type of interest accrue, nor will the User be entitled to any compensation related to any time discrepancy between the closure of the User Account and the User's actual receipt of the Available Balance. In the event that the Available Balance is high, the provisions established in article VG of these Terms and Conditions will apply.
 
K) Right of retention.
Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may retain the Balance in a Gaming Account if said User has one or more outstanding obligations to Caba.jugadon.bet.ar. Likewise, Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may retain the Balance if so ordered by any state authority and/or LOTBA SE.
 
L) Right of participation.
Without prejudice to any other specific remedy set forth elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions and/or other General Provisions, if Caba.jugadon.bet.ar considers that a User has materially breached or may have breached the Terms and Conditions and/or any other General Provisions, it may, at its sole discretion and until the breach is rectified to its satisfaction, prevent the User from participating in games, promotional activities, contests and other services offered by Caba.jugadon.bet.ar.
 
 
V. Credits and game account balances
 
A) Credit to Place Bets.
To place a Bet and/or participate in a Game, the User must have a Balance greater than zero credited to their Game Account. Without prejudice to the technical limitations set forth on the Website, under no circumstances should the User place a Bet without having sufficient Balance in their Game Account.
 
B) Deposit to the Game Account.
In order to load Balance into the Game Account, the User must make a deposit using any of the means enabled for this purpose by Caba.jugadon.bet.ar. Such transactions shall be governed, in addition to these Terms and Conditions, other General Provisions and Applicable Regulations, by the terms and conditions established by the payment service providers involved. The User must accept said terms and conditions prior to making each transaction. Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may charge Users fees for making a deposit. However, some banks and/or payment service providers may charge Users if they classify a deposit as a cash transaction and may also impose additional bank or overdraft fees, taxes, and other charges. Users should consult their bank or payment service provider for more information on this matter before making deposits. Users are prohibited from depositing into the Gaming Account through savings bank accounts designated for the payment of social assistance plans or programs, and/or accounts opened at the request of the National Social Security Administration (ANSES) or the corresponding payment administrator, for the accreditation of social assistance benefits from programs, entities, or services of the Nation, this or other jurisdictions. Violation of these provisions will constitute a serious offense by the User, which will authorize Caba.jugadon.bet.ar to permanently suspend and/or close the User Account and/or Gaming Account. Deposits into third-party Gaming Accounts are prohibited. Users must prevent any third party from making one or more deposits into their Gaming Account. If Users verify or suspect that a third party has made a deposit into their Gaming Account, they must immediately notify Caba.jugadon.bet.ar. Under no circumstances may Users make deposits or otherwise load Credits into their Gaming Account using payment methods (cards, virtual wallets, transfers, etc.) that are not their exclusive property. Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may, at its sole discretion, require Users to provide any type of document and/or data to validate that the payment methods used to credit Credits to the Gaming Account are the exclusive property of the User.
 
C) Balance in the Gaming Account.
The balances in the Gaming Account will represent credits that may only be used on the Website. Under no circumstances will these balances generate compensatory, punitive, or late payment interest or revenue for the User, nor will they constitute an investment by the User.
 
D) Purpose of the Balances.
The balances in the User's Gaming Account may only be used to place bets. Under no circumstances may the User use these balances for other purposes. The User may not transfer these balances to another Gaming Account or, in any way—whether by using the tools provided on the Website or through mechanisms, legal acts, or operations outside the Website and/or Caba.jugadon.bet.ar—enter into any transaction whose purpose (primary, accessory, natural, or accidental) involves, in whole or in part, the balance of their Gaming Account or the balance of another User's Gaming Account.
 
E) Use of Balances and Prizes.
Each time a User places a Bet, the amount necessary to place said Bet will be deducted from the Game Account Balance in accordance with the Game Rules. In the event that, as a result of a Bet placed in a Game, the User receives a Prize, the amount corresponding to the User according to the Game Rules will be credited to said User's Game Account.
 
F) Balance Withdrawal.
The User may fully or partially withdraw the equivalent of their Game Account Balance in Argentine pesos in accordance with the provisions of Section VI of these Terms. Under no circumstances will the User be entitled to receive the equivalent of said Balance in a different currency. The User may not withdraw promotional balances from their Game Account, which must be applied to placing Bets. The User may withdraw the equivalent of the Game Account Balance in Argentine pesos through the means enabled for this purpose on the Website and in accordance with the Applicable Regulations. The User may not request more than 5 (five) Balance withdrawals per day. Payment terms will depend on the payment method chosen by the User. When making a payment, the User must pay all administrative fees and taxes due to their banks and payment service providers. Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may charge Users administrative and/or tax costs arising from their withdrawals. Furthermore, before User withdrawals are processed, Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may review the User's behavior to determine if there has been any irregular gambling pattern or if funds have been deposited without being used to place bets. If irregular behavior is detected, Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may deny any withdrawal until the situation is clarified.
 
G) Extraordinary collections.
In the event that a User requests a total or partial collection that is extraordinary and/or exceeds the normal operating volume of said Gaming Account and/or exceeds the operations of the Gaming Accounts in particular, Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may adopt all necessary security and/or identity verification measures to corroborate that the person intending to make the collection is the User. To this end, Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may request the User to provide the information and/or documentation necessary to validate or revalidate their identity. Likewise, in this case, Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may request the User to present all necessary documentation to comply with current regulations regarding, among other issues, the prevention of money laundering and/or other applicable regulations, such as, for example, the regulations issued by the UIF.
 
H) Information available to the User.
Users may access their Gaming Account information and history in accordance with the requirements established in the Applicable Regulations and in accordance with the tools provided by Caba.jugadon.bet.ar on the Website.
 
 
VI. Balance withdrawal policy
 
Users may withdraw their balance in accordance with the requirements established in this section, namely:
A)   Minimum and maximum amount. The amount for each withdrawal that the User wishes to make may not be less than one thousand pesos ($1,000). Likewise, the total and maximum withdrawal amount per day is two million five hundred thousand pesos ($2,500,000).
 
B)   Number of daily withdrawals. Users may only make a maximum of five (5) withdrawals per day.
 
C)   Withdrawal request processing time. In accordance with compliance with identity verification and security controls, withdrawals will be processed within a maximum period of seventy-two (72) business hours from the request. Likewise, during holidays, Saturdays and Sundays, the withdrawal process may be delayed due to the activity of banking entities. Consequently, any delays that may be caused by banking entities will be duly reported to the User and will not be attributable to Caba.jugadon.bet.ar. The deadline will be subject to receipt of all information and/or documentation required from the User in accordance with current regulations on the Prevention of Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism.
 
D) Withdrawal methods. Users who have loaded credits using cash may only withdraw the balance from their Gaming Account in cash. Likewise, Users who have loaded all credits electronically may request a withdrawal of their balance by any means authorized by Caba.jugadon.bet.ar.
 
E)    Identity verification. Prior to processing the withdrawal request, the User will be required to verify their identity and must provide all the documentation required for verification by Caba.jugadon.bet.ar to guarantee security and prevent fraud.
 
F)    Crediting of funds. The crediting of funds to the Gaming Account must be carried out solely and exclusively by the Gaming Account holder. In the event that the crediting of funds is carried out by a third party, it will be rejected. Furthermore, all administrative costs that must be paid to process the refund will be applied to the User who owns the Gaming Account.
 
G)   Conditions for requesting a balance withdrawal. The User agrees to play at least 80% of the credits credited to their Gaming Account before requesting a balance withdrawal. Failing this, if the User does not reach this percentage, they must inexcusably assume the costs related to the processing of loading and withdrawing balances.
 
H) Changes to the withdrawal policy. Caba.jugadon.bet.ar reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate at its sole and exclusive discretion, at any time. Accordingly, the User will be duly notified of any changes by the appropriate means for their acceptance.
 
VII. Participation in the games - prizes
 
A) General Gaming and Betting Rules.
Before participating in any game and/or bet, the User must read and understand the General Gaming and Betting Rules. Furthermore, before participating in any game and/or bet, the User must read and understand the Specific Gaming and Betting Rules applicable to said Game, which will be available and accessible to the User in the corresponding section of the Website for said Game. The User's participation in a Game implies acceptance of the General Gaming and Betting Rules and the Specific Gaming and Betting Rules of said Game in force at the time of said participation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, placing a Bet on said Game will also imply acceptance of the General Gaming and Betting Rules and the Specific Gaming and Betting Rules of said Game.
 
B) Absence of rules.
In the event that the Specific Rules of Play and Betting are not available for a specific Game, or when the Specific Rules of Play and Betting for a specific Game do not contemplate a solution for a specific solution, the issue will be resolved in accordance with the rules of good faith, analogous rules existing for other Games or for the same Game and/or according to the uses and customs existing in the City of Buenos Aires - or, failing that, in other jurisdictions - relating to that Game or other similar games.
 
C) Modification of the General Rules of Play and Betting and/or the Specific Rules of Play and Betting.
Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may revise the General Rules of Play and Betting and/or the Specific Rules of Play and Betting and modify any of them at any time, informing you by updating said General Rules of Play and Betting and/or the Specific Rules of Play and Betting on the Website, either in the Terms and Conditions section or in the specific information within each Game.
 
D) Bet.
The User shall be fully responsible for the legal consequences of placing Bets through their Game Account and may under no circumstances disregard a Bet placed through their Game Account. Furthermore, Caba.jugadon.bet.ar reserves the right to limit, cancel, or reject Users' bets if, in its sole discretion, it considers them to be excessively large or if it believes that a User's betting patterns suggest that the Website's systems are being abused.
 
E) Prizes.
The Specific Game and Betting Rules for each Game will establish the conditions under which said Games will be played. Likewise, the Specific Game and Betting Rules will determine the Prizes, bonuses, accumulating jackpots, and any other Prize that the User may obtain by participating in the Game through a Bet. Furthermore, by accepting these Terms, the User accepts the registration and welcome bonuses at Caba.jugadon.bet.ar, the terms and conditions of which are found in Annexes 1 and 2, respectively, of these Terms.
 
F) Excess Prizes.
Under no circumstances will the User be entitled to obtain credit to the Gaming Account or collect, nor will Caba.jugadon.bet.ar be obligated to credit the User's Gaming Account or pay out, one or more prizes that do not correspond to the Game logic and/or the combination obtained in accordance with the Specific Game and Betting Rules and/or the Bet placed by the User and/or that exceed the maximum prize established for said Game. Consequently, any prize reported to the User through the Website that does not meet these requirements will be considered erroneous. In this case, Caba.jugadon.bet.ar will be entitled to deduct from the Gaming Account the amount of the prize received by the User in excess and/or credited as a result of the aforementioned error and/or to require the User, judicially and/or extrajudicially, to reimburse said erroneously credited credits in their monetary equivalent. The User specifically and specifically acknowledges that collecting the balances generated as a result of the aforementioned errors would entail unjust enrichment on their part and a gain outside the scope of the contract entered into with Caba.jugadon.bet.ar. Furthermore, the User waives the right to make any claim against Caba.jugadon.bet.ar related to the aforementioned errors, to claim damages and/or to demand the imposition of any type of penalty against Caba.jugadon.bet.ar, and acknowledges that in no way could such errors affect their spirit, given that they were aware of the probabilities and/or prize limits for said Game indicated in the Specific Game and Betting Rules. Furthermore, the User agrees to reimburse Caba.jugadon.bet.ar, where applicable, any excess sums they may have received as a result of such errors.
 
G) Connection Interruption.
In the event of an interruption of the User's connection during a Game, the General Game Rules shall apply.
 
H) Access through devices.
Access to the Website and the Games through devices other than computers may result in limitations in the display of the Website and/or in the functionalities provided for the full version of the Website.
 
I) Prohibition of using artificial intelligence.
Under no circumstances may the User use artificial intelligence when participating in the Games or to place Bets, even when said artificial intelligence does not result in the User obtaining an advantage over Caba.jugadon.bet.ar and/or other Users. The User is strictly prohibited from attempting to sabotage, tamper with, modify, or understand the Random Number Generator, attempt to understand its algorithm and/or the seed used to obtain random numbers, and/or in any way engage in activities aimed at predicting the results of a Bet and/or reducing or limiting the probabilities and/or increasing the chances of winning a prize or a bigger prize, or from knowing, attempting to understand, or limiting the probabilities of obtaining one or another deck in a card game, and, in general, from obtaining any advantage not permitted or not contemplated in the Game and Betting Rules and/or not permitted according to the rules of good faith. Any Bet placed by a User in violation of this provision (and/or any Bet and/or match that has been or could have been affected as a result of conduct contrary to this provision) will be considered void, and any prize received must be returned to Caba.jugadon.bet.ar. For these purposes, the rules established in section E) above will apply.
 
J) Prohibition of syndication and/or associated gambling.
Users are prohibited from participating jointly or in an organized manner or from engaging in associated gambling in one or more Games or matches in such a way as to obtain a greater advantage in one, several, or all of them than they could have obtained had they not participated jointly in said Game or Match. Users are also prohibited from participating jointly or in association in one or more Games or Matches in any way that involves using the Website, the Games, the Bets, the Game Account and, in general, any other service or product offered by Caba.jugadon.bet.ar for a purpose other than that for which said services or products are offered, including, but not limited to, money laundering, criminal activities, payments of obligations unrelated to the Games, money transfers without cause or with illicit cause, etc. Any Bet and/or match that has been made in violation of the provisions of this rule and/or in respect of which there is a suspicion of a violation of this rule will be declared void, and any prize received must be returned to Caba.jugadon.bet.ar. For these purposes, the rules established in section F) above will apply.
 
K) Control by Caba.jugadon.bet.ar.
Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may implement, and the User must tolerate, the necessary measures and resources to detect actions that may be used by Users to take advantage of the game rules, the technical system, and other users.
 
L) Place of Placement of Bets.
Placing a Bet outside the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires is prohibited, except for those who prove in their registration that they have a real address in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. Caba.jugadon.bet.ar may implement measures that allow it to detect and avoid any type of applications and/or technologies external to its own, which aim to hide the User's IP address or have any other objective that influences the normal operation of the Website. The User must provide all necessary permissions for Caba.jugadon.bet.ar to geolocate the location of each Bet and compare it with the User's country of residence, the payment methods used by the User and any other data that may indicate fraud or violation of the Applicable Regulations, these Terms and Conditions, other General Provisions and/or the Specific Gaming and Betting Rules. If it is discovered or reasonably believed that a User is placing bets from or in a restricted territory (outside the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires), this will be considered a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and the measures deemed appropriate will be applied in order to protect Caba.jugadon.bet.ar, the Users in general and to ensure strict compliance with the Applicable Regulations, the Terms and Conditions and/or the other General Provisions. Users residing in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires may place bets, as verified by proper geolocation, through Caba.jugadon.bet.ar
 
M) Automatic play.
The provisions relating to automatic play shall be governed by the Applicable Regulations, the General Gaming and Betting Rules, and the Specific Gaming and Betting Rules.
 
 
VIII. Rights of  Caba.jugadon.bet.ar  – Intellectual Property
 
A) Intellectual Property.
The Website, the services, information, and data provided on the Website are the property of Caba.jugadon.bet.ar and/or its licensors. Therefore, by accepting these Terms and Conditions and the other General Provisions and/or by using the Website, the User does not acquire any rights to them. The information, materials, and data provided to the User or made available on the Website belong to Caba.jugadon.bet.ar and/or its licensors. Therefore, the User may only use them for personal purposes and under no circumstances for commercial purposes. Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, the User may not in any way or by any means adapt, copy, modify, reproduce, store, display, publicly perform, include in a cable program, publish, transmit, sell, rent, lease, or assign or make the information available to any other person or website, online service, or bulletin board or any other medium or device without prior written authorization or, in the case of third-party material, without prior written authorization from the owner of the proprietary rights in such material.
 
B) Website Design.
Caba.jugadon.bet.ar has the right to modify the design and structure of the Website without prior notice to Users, as well as to discontinue and/or add and/or incorporate, suspend, modify and/or cease some and/or several of the Games and/or content on the Website.
 
C) Limitation of Liability.

The following will be considered special events of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure for which Caba.jugadon.bet.ar shall not be liable - without this list being limited to - failures or acts of third parties, operators or telephone or internet service companies, impossibility or difficulty in accessing third-party networks, power outages, hacker attacks or other third parties that affect the security or integrity of the computer system of Caba.jugadon.bet.ar and/or any other third party with which Caba.jugadon.bet.ar is linked.
 
D) Specific conditions, offers and promotions.
If Caba.jugadon.bet.ar runs promotions, such promotions will be governed, first, by the specific terms and conditions of the promotion and, second, by these Terms and Conditions.
 
E) Responsible Gaming.
Caba.jugadon.bet.ar makes efforts to prevent problem gambling and/or irresponsible gambling on the Website, complying with the Applicable Regulations regarding responsible gaming. Users must be aware of the Applicable Regulations on responsible gaming and comply with the obligations arising from these regulations. Caba.jugadon.bet.ar does not intervene in payments or collections made by Users, which are managed exclusively by the payment service providers accepted on the Website and chosen by the User to carry out each payment. Consequently, such operations are completely unrelated to Caba.jugadon.bet.ar, and Caba.jugadon.bet.ar bears no responsibility for any failures related to payment service providers, payment accounts offered by payment service providers, and/or payment methods with whom the User has a contractual relationship unrelated to these Terms and Conditions. In the event that the User has an issue related to a payment or collection, they must file a claim with the corresponding payment service provider and/or the payment method chosen to carry out the transaction, waiving any right to file any claim with Caba.jugadon.bet.ar.
 
 
IX. Electronic address – Applicable law – Jurisdiction
 
A) Electronic address. The User establishes an electronic address, pursuant to Article 75 of the National Civil and Commercial Code, in the email address provided by the User when completing the registration form to access a User Account or, where applicable, in the updated email address provided by the User after registration. All communications and notifications arising from the relationship between the User and Caba.jugadon.bet.ar will be valid at this electronic address.
 
 
B) The relationship between the User and Caba.jugadon.bet.ar will be governed in all respects by the laws in force in the Argentine Republic. Any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions, other General Provisions, the Specific Gaming Rules, their existence, validity, interpretation, scope, or compliance, the Bets, and, in general, the relationship between the User and Caba.jugadon.bet.ar, will be submitted to the national commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
 
X. Other considerations
 
A) Politically Exposed Persons (PEP).
 
Users are informed that if they fall into any of the following situations, they must declare this to Caba.jugadon.bet.ar upon registration as Users. If they fall into any of the following situations after registering as Users, they must declare this to Caba.jugadon.bet.ar immediately after the event that led to their inclusion.

Foreign Politically Exposed Persons are public officials from foreign countries who hold or have held any of the following positions:
 
1)       Head of State, Head of Government, Governor, Mayor, Minister, Secretary, Undersecretary of State, or other equivalent government position.
2)      Member of Parliament, the Legislative Branch, or other equivalent body.
3)      Judge, Magistrate of Superior Courts, or other high judicial or administrative authority within the Judiciary.
4)      Ambassador or consul of a country or international organization. e. Authority, representative, members of the administrative or control body, and relevant members of foreign political parties.
5)      High-ranking official of the armed forces (from colonel or equivalent rank in the force and/or country in question) or of the public security forces (from commissioner or equivalent rank depending on the force and/or country in question).
6)      Member of the management and control bodies of state-owned companies.
7)      Member of the management or control bodies of privately owned or mixed-ownership companies; when the State holds a stake equal to or greater than TWENTY PERCENT (20%) of the capital or voting rights, or exercises direct or indirect control over the company.
8)      Director, governor, counselor, trustee, or equivalent authority of central banks and other regulatory and/or supervisory bodies.
9)      Director, deputy director; member of the board, directorate, senior management, or equivalent positions, attorneys, legal or authorized representatives of an international organization, with decision-making, administrative, or dispositional powers.

8)    General Syndic of the Nation or Deputy General Syndic of the General Comptroller's Office of the Nation; President or Auditor General of the General Audit Office of the Nation; highest authority of a regulatory body or of the other bodies that comprise the control systems of the national public sector;
9) Members of administrative jurisdictional bodies, or staff of such bodies, with a rank no lower than that of director or its equivalent. 10)    Members of the National Judicial Council or the Jury of Impeachment.
10) Ambassadors or Consuls.
11)   Personnel of the Armed Forces, the Argentine Federal Police, the National Gendarmerie, the Argentine Naval Prefecture, the Federal Penitentiary Service, or the Airport Security Police with a rank no lower than colonel or equivalent, depending on the force.
12) Rectors, Deans, or Secretarys of National Universities.
13) Any civil servant or employee with a rank or function no lower than that of Director General or National Director of the centralized or decentralized National Public Administration, of autonomous entities, banks and financial institutions of the official system, of social works administered by the State, of State-owned enterprises, State-owned companies, and personnel with a similar rank or function, appointed at the proposal of the State in mixed-economy companies, public limited companies with State participation, or in other public sector entities.
14) Any national civil servant or employee in charge of granting administrative authorizations, permits, or concessions for the exercise of any activity; as well as any civil servant or employee in charge of supervising the operation of said activities or exercising any other control by virtue of a police power.
15) Any civil servant of any public service oversight body, with a rank no lower than that of Director General or National Director.
16) 17) Personnel of the National Legislative Branch, with a rank no lower than Director.
18) Personnel of the National Judiciary or the National Public Prosecutor's Office, with a rank no lower than Secretary.
18) Public officials or employees who are members of tender awarding, procurement, or receiving committees, or who participate in decision-making regarding tenders or purchases.
19) Public officials responsible for managing public or private assets, or controlling or auditing public revenues, regardless of their nature.
20)  Director or Administrator of any entity subject to external control by the Honorable Congress of the Nation, in accordance with the provisions of Article 120 of Law No.  156.
 
 
Politically exposed persons from the province, municipality and the autonomous city of Buenos Aires .
Politically Exposed Persons are public officials who hold or have held any of the following positions at the Provincial, Municipal, or Autonomous City of Buenos Aires levels:
 
1)     Governor or Vice Governor, Mayor or Vice Mayor, Head of Government or Vice Head of Government.
2)    Minister of Government, Secretary, Undersecretary, or Minister of the Superior Courts of Justice of the provinces or the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
3)    Judge or Secretary of the Provincial Judicial Branches or of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
4)    Magistrate belonging to the Public Prosecutor's Office, or its equivalent, in the provinces or the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
5)    Member of the Council of the Judiciary or the Judiciary Board, or its equivalent, of the Provinces or the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
6)    Ombudsman or Deputy Ombudsman, in the Provinces or the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
7)    Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister, Secretary, or Undersecretary of the Executive Branch of the Provinces or the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
8)    Provincial, municipal, or City of Buenos Aires legislator.
9)    Highest authority of the supervisory bodies or autonomous entities of the provinces, municipalities, or the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
10) Highest authority of companies owned by the provincial, municipal, or City of Buenos Aires states.
11)   Rector, Dean, or Secretary of provincial universities.
12) Public official or employee in charge of granting administrative licenses, permits, or concessions for the exercise of any activity; as well as any public official or employee in charge of supervising the operation of said activities or exercising any other control by virtue of a police power.
13) Official of supervisory bodies of public services of the provinces or the City of Buenos Aires, with a rank no lower than that of General or Provincial Director.
14) A public official or employee who serves on committees for awarding tenders, purchasing, or receiving goods, or who participates in decision-making regarding tenders or purchases.
15) A public official whose function is to administer public or private assets, or to control or oversee public revenues of any kind.
 
 
Other exposed persons
Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding articles, Politically Exposed Persons are considered to be those persons who hold or have held any of the following positions:
 
1)     Authority, representative, candidate, or relevant member of political parties or electoral alliances, whether at the national or district level, in accordance with the provisions of Laws No. 23,298 and No. 26,215.
2)    Authority of the governing bodies of trade union and business organizations (chambers, associations, and other forms of corporate grouping). The scope includes individuals in the aforementioned organizations with the capacity to make decisions, administer, control, or dispose of union assets.
3)    Authority, legal representative, or member of the Board of Directors of the social works contemplated in Law No. 23,660. The scope includes individuals in the aforementioned organizations with the capacity to make decisions, administer, control, or dispose of the assets of the social works.
4)    Natural persons with the capacity to make decisions, administer, control or dispose of the assets of private legal entities under the terms of Article 148 of the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation, who receive public funds intended for third parties.
 
 
Politically exposed persons due to proximity or affinity
Politically Exposed Persons due to proximity or affinity are considered to be all those subjects who have personal or legal ties with those who fulfill, or have fulfilled, the functions established in articles 1 to 4 of this document. For the purposes indicated, the following ties are considered:
 
1)     Spouse or legally recognized partner.
2)    Relatives in ascending, descending, and collateral lines up to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity.
3)    Close or related persons: these should be understood as those public and commonly known persons due to their close association with the person defined as a Politically Exposed Person.
4)    Persons with whom legal business relationships of an associative nature have been established, even of an informal nature, regardless of their nature.
5)    Any other relationship or link that, due to its characteristics and based on a risk-based analysis, in the opinion of the obligated subject, may be relevant. NINTH: Participants expressly authorize the organizer to disseminate their name, personal data, voice, and images, by any means and in any manner it deems appropriate, for advertising and/or promotional purposes of the contest, without the right to any compensation and as it deems appropriate for its dissemination. 
TENTH:
Any legal action that may correspond to the participants, due to circumstances that occur outside those established in these regulations and within the premises, for damages caused by third parties to property or persons thereof, are expressly waived by the same with respect to the organizer, without prejudice to those that may be exercised against responsible third parties.

FIFTH : Methodology. Prizes.   
To be eligible for the bonus, the amount of the customer's first deposit into their account will be taken into account, amounting to $1,000 (one thousand pesos) up to a maximum of $20,000 (twenty thousand pesos), using any authorized payment method. Deposits of $1,000 (one thousand pesos) or more will be the only ones valid for participation in this promotion. Promotional bonuses are excluded.    This bonus is only awarded once per account, person, and ID number to new customers registered on the caba.jugadon.bet.ar website as of the promotion's effective date. It does not apply to accounts created prior to the effective date of these terms and conditions.    A promotional code for double the amount deposited and played, starting at $1,000 and up to $20,000, will be awarded as a bonus to play. The refunded amount is "playable," meaning it can only be used to play on the caba.jugadon.bet.ar website and cannot be withdrawn from the user's account. This restriction does not apply to winnings generated with the bonus; however, the user may withdraw winnings generated with the bonus amount.

ROLLOVER : Until the rollover condition (x30) is met, the credit will remain blocked. If the user decides to withdraw their credit early, this bonus will remain pending in the user's account until the rollover conditions are met. without prejudice that the player who has withdrawn their credit prior to complying with the roll over, may unblock it after fulfilling the amount of bets that remained pending at the time of making their withdrawal, as long as this is done within the validity dates of the promotion.  The amount of the bonus granted as a gift will be credited to the user's account up to 48 business hours after making the first deposit, as long as the sum of the amount is equal to or greater than an amount of $ 1,000 (one thousand pesos). The bonus amount will be credited to the user's virtual wallet through the caba.jugadon.bet.ar platform; without prejudice that, due to system failures, it may be done through vouchers that will be sent to the user, through the platform's internal messaging service, or by sending the code by email to the address with which the account was created. caba.jugadon.bet.ar, the organizer will have the right to choose the most convenient way to make the refund.   
      
This playable bonus will have a cashout limit of $20,000 (twenty thousand pesos) with a 30x rollover condition; for example, with the first deposit of $1,000 (one thousand pesos), the corresponding bonus will be $2,000 (two thousand pesos), but to be eligible for a bonus, you must have placed bets totaling $30,000 (thirty thousand pesos) or more for the bonus to be credited subsequently. If this condition is not met, no bonus amount will be credited to the account. In the case of a first deposit of $12,000 (twelve thousand pesos), a bonus of $20,000 (twenty thousand pesos) will be awarded, as this is the cashout limit. 

This promotion is only cumulative with the "welcome, registration, and validation" bonus. The organizer may determine in the future additional promotions, prizes, and/or benefits that may be accumulated, when it deems appropriate.

SIXTH: The organizer may, at its sole discretion, modify the duration of the contest, introduce modifications to any of the points stated, providing, where appropriate, due communication and publicity and carrying out, where appropriate, the necessary legal procedures. The organizer may cancel, suspend, or modify all or part of the contest and these rules when situations arise that are not attributable to the organizer, without generating any right to compensation in favor of the participants. The organizer will be the sole party with the power to decide regarding any situation not foreseen in these rules, and the resolutions it adopts in this regard will be final and unappealable. Mere participation in the contest implies full and unrestricted acceptance and knowledge of these rules, as well as of any decisions that the organizer may subsequently adopt in relation to any point or issue not foreseen therein.   

SEVENTH:  Under no circumstances may participants demand the exchange, replacement, or substitution of the bonus for cash or other goods or services other than those offered and established in these rules. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of these rules, as well as any decisions made by the organizer, in accordance with the law, on any matter not covered herein. Their decisions are final.
